With over 8 years of experience in nursing and a growing specialization in weight management, chronic disease, and women’s and pediatric health, Onyekachi combines clinical expertise with compassion, offering personalized care that empowers patients to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
Her academic journey spans from a foundational degree in pharmaceutical sciences to advanced training in nursing and family practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Carson-Newman University and brings her clinical training to life through both in-person and telehealth care models.
In her current role at Achieve Medical Weight Loss, she focuses on sustainable weight management strategies, pharmacologic interventions including GLP-1 agonists, and managing complex comorbidities such as diabetes, PCOS, and hypertension. Prior to this, Onyekachi held integral positions in acute care units, dialysis centers, and post-market surveillance roles in the medical device industry, where she brought clinical judgment to regulatory and quality assurance decisions.
